Terms & Conditions
Terms for using the Guardian Life & Wealth digital experience.
These terms describe the public website boundary, educational-content limits, electronic communications, and links to messaging-specific terms.
Educational content
Public information is not a product offer or personalized recommendation
Public insurance, retirement, investment, tax, legal, calculator, and planning content is general educational information unless a separate regulated relationship, approved carrier material, contract, or professional engagement states otherwise.
Availability
Products and services can depend on jurisdiction and authorization
Product availability, underwriting, pricing, guarantees, carrier relationships, insurance licensing, securities registrations, advisory services, appointments, eligibility, and external enrollment pathways must be verified before they are represented as available to a specific person.
Electronic communications
Messaging consent is separate from these terms
Accepting or using these Terms does not enroll you in recurring SMS marketing. Any SMS enrollment uses a separate optional control. See the Guardian Life & Wealth Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy.
No condition of purchase
Optional communications remain optional
You may submit a public consultation or contact request without agreeing to recurring SMS or optional educational marketing. A communication permission should not be treated as a condition of buying a product or receiving unrelated services.
Third-party services
External providers have separate terms
Carrier, identity, payment, e-sign, health enrollment, communications, or other third-party services may be governed by separate agreements and privacy notices when you enter those workflows.
Support
Questions about these terms
Use the Guardian Life & Wealth Contact Center for website, privacy, communications, and service-routing questions.
Final production terms require review against the actual operating entity, applicable law, dispute terms, regulated services, communications programs, and current vendor relationships.
