Privacy Policy

Clear rules for information you choose to share.

Guardian Life & Wealth uses public-site information to respond to requests, operate and secure the website, preserve consent evidence, and understand site performance when analytics consent is granted.

Information we collect

Public contact and website information

Depending on the action you take, we may collect your name, email address, optional mobile phone number, state or jurisdiction, planning goal, timing, preferred contact method, form-consent selections, page or campaign attribution, and technical security information such as a one-way hash derived from network or browser data when configured. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment-card information, account passwords, or medical records in public marketing forms.

How we use information

Use is tied to the request and permissions you select

We use contact information to respond to requests, route inquiries, maintain customer or prospect records, prevent duplicate submissions, preserve consent evidence, secure the service, and comply with applicable obligations. Analytics and advertising-related events are emitted only after the applicable analytics choice is granted.

SMS privacy

Mobile opt-in data is not sold or shared for third-party marketing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data, mobile number, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers, carriers, communications platforms, security vendors, or other processors only as needed to operate the messaging program, deliver requested communications, prevent abuse, or comply with law and contractual requirements.

Messaging choices

SMS consent is optional and separate

Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in recurring SMS marketing. Website SMS consent uses separate service and marketing checkboxes that are unchecked by default. You may complete the primary contact or consultation request without opting into recurring SMS. Each SMS program requires its own choice. If you opt in, message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the Messaging Terms.

Sharing and retention

Access should follow purpose and minimum necessity

Information may be shared with vendors or regulated service providers that perform functions for Guardian Life & Wealth under appropriate agreements, or when disclosure is required by law. Retention periods should reflect the purpose of the record, applicable regulatory or contractual requirements, dispute and audit needs, and verified production policy.

Your choices

Control communications and privacy preferences

You can use the site's privacy choices control for supported analytics preferences. For recurring SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For other requests about your information or communications, use the Guardian Life & Wealth Contact Center.

Legal review

This policy describes the implemented public-site and messaging design. The final production policy must remain aligned with the actual operating entity, vendors, retention rules, jurisdictions, consumer-rights processes, and registered communications campaigns.
